This book was given to me by my Aunt for my Birthday and just as any teenage guy I similes, a cowardly said sure “I will read it” , but tossed the book aside with a ” Aint nobody got time for that attitude” and continued with my overly Important business . Almost a year older and wiser I decided it was time to give the book a try after finding it under a pile of things.

This book revealed a lot of things personally , with a simple message “Do hard things ” .

“Hard things”does not mean eating only Vegan products , or self denying for no reason.

Aimed at teens the concept of doing hard things seem unnatural to us. After all achieving nearest minimum target to keep afloat is what teens do best. Alex and Brett Harris aim to challenge this stereotype, At the time of writing and publishing still 17/18.

These brothers showed clearly that doing hard things and pushing boundaries is actually in the nature of teens. Energy and a vision for the impossible , is what drives young adults as seen in my previous post Gen Y. The Harris brothers challenge us to rebel against the low standards place on us teens of today. The challenge to not just be consumers but doers.
Alex and Brett still have their blog @ http://www.rebelution.com

Teen or not there is still hope, find your self a challenge and don’t look back. Make sure other also hold you accountable .
